o Added support for monitoring and alerts for device provisioning and rebooting.
o Added an option to disable Level-config provisioning.
o Optimized Network Priority, Call Security Level, and Call Quality configurations in the Fast Provision page.
o GCC will now only respond to provisioning requests with URLs that specify the filename such as cfg.xml or cfg{mac}.xml (e.g., https://192.168.80.122:8089/zccgi/cfg000c93689f08.xml)

o Fixed an issue with being unable to detect and provision VoIP devices on the WAN.
