Switch your hearing aids off and then on again to place them in pairing mode for 3 minutes. Then, locate and select your hearing aids in your device's Bluetooth settings.
Press and hold the volume up '+' button and the program change button simultaneously for more than 10 seconds to reset the remote and clear pairings.
It is recommended to replace the EasyGuard wax filter every 3 months or whenever it becomes stiff or brittle. Clean it daily with a lint-free cloth.
