   • Remove the air vent plug.
   • Pump the handle several times to expel any trapped air.
   • Close the release valve and replace the air vent plug. Test the jack's operation.

5.2 Lifting a Component

1. Close the release valve by turning it clockwise until it is firm. Do not overtighten.

3. Pump the handle to raise the saddle. The lift range is from 9 inches (low) to 35 inches (high).



4. Once the component is resting on the saddle, use the provided chains to securely fasten it. The saddle also features adjustable corner brackets for better stability.



5. The saddle can tilt 10 degrees forward/backward and ±10 degrees side-to-side for precise positioning. Adjust as needed.

5.3 Lowering a Component

1. Ensure the area below the component is clear.
2. Slowly turn the release valve counter-clockwise to lower the saddle. Control the descent speed by adjusting how much the valve is opened.
3. Once the component is fully lowered and supported by other means (e.g., engine hoist, floor), unfasten the chains and remove the jack.

• Jack lifts slowly or erratically:
